Margherita Pizza
Pizza is the mainstay of the restaurant. Fresh pizza dough is made from scratch every day. We shred fresh mozzarella, wash and cut fresh veggies, and use premium sausage links to craft your pizza. Each pizza is hand-tossed and made to order. Our dough balls are made so they make a traditional New York or Neapolitan style crust.
Naked Hot Wings
The perfect partner to fresh made pizza is wings. Ours are large, hand breaded and fried to order, tossed in your choice of wing sauce or dry rub. You can choose between "naked" or "breaded" - naked are dropped in the frier as is, and breaded wings are tossed in light seasoned flour then fried. If you prefer boneless "wings", we use chunks of chicken breast meat hand breaded in panko and tossed in your favorite wing sauce. Stuffed Mushrooms
Start off with an appetizer - maybe some cheesy garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, or loaded garlic parmesan fries? You will love our made from scratch New England clam chowder, or Papi's hand made stuffed mushrooms filled with cream cheese, mozzarella, and sausage, and broiled until bubbly.
Meatball Sub
You will find three subs or "grinders" on our menu, all served hot with french fries or a salad on the side. The Italian grinder is layered with premium Boar's Head meats and served on a Noble Bakery roll, made right here in Phoenix. Papi's huge handmade meatballs fill the meatball sub, and we hand bread fresh chicken breasts in panko to create our chicken parmesan sub.
Stuffed Shells
Our large pasta dinners will usually be enough for lunch the next day! Build your own pasta with your choice of angel hair, fettuccini, spaghetti, or ziti, and add marinara or alfredo sauce. Add chicken, meatballs, sausage, or meat sauce to make your own masterpiece.
You may also choose from classics such as fettuccini alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs, baked ziti, homemade lasagna, or stuffed shells. All pasta dinners are served with a salad and warm garlic bread.
Chocolate Chip Cannoli
We hope you saved room for dessert! You have to try our signature baked Nutella stuffed chocolate chip cookie, served with vanilla gelato and drizzled with chocolate sauce if you like. These are baked to order and take about 15 minutes to prepare.
You can also enjoy traditional chocolate chip cannolis, cheesecake with cherries or chocolate sauce, or even classic creamy Italian style gelato.
All fountain drinks includes free refills. All beer on tap is served in frosty mugs or glasses which are kept in the freezer to keep your beer ice cold. We also offer a variety of wines, by the glass or bottle, as well as spirits with your favorite mixers. Pizza by the slice is available until 6:00 every day, and can be topped how you like it when you order.
